My work with the FREE brand fashion show was about cutting the budget without cutting the impact.**

Developed by Tyrice Hicks, FREE already had the kind of identity that didn’t need a traditional runway to prove its point. The challenge was simple on paper: decrease spend, increase return. Easy, right?

The concept was to take the fashion show out of the expected room and into the city itself — staging a FREE fashion show across iconic public locations throughout San Francisco. No overbuilt venue. No bloated production. Just the brand, the models, the city, and the kind of real-world visibility money can’t always buy.

To support the movement, I arranged a black Mercedes Sprinter to chauffeur Tyrice, the models, and makeup artists throughout the day, functioning as private transportation, wardrobe storage, mobile green room, and changing space. The result gave the production structure without slowing down the energy.

Tyrice executed an incredible show, turning public space into a runway and capturing attention, content, and momentum for the brand in real time. Using footage provided after the activation, I created promotional videos designed to extend the life of the event and push the visual story further.

Creative strategy, budget optimization, mobile production logistics, fashion show support, location-based activation, transportation coordination, content development, and promotional video editing — all built around proving that impact doesn’t always need permission or a massive spend.

Fresh, potent, and impossible to ignore, the FREE brand still commands my intrigue.
