My work with ABIDE was about helping build a cannabis brand from the inside out — while keeping the doors moving in real time.**
For **ABIDE Cannabis Dispensary**, the role lived at the intersection of operations, brand development, marketing, and daily execution. This wasn’t a single-lane assignment. It was hands-on, all-access, and constantly shifting — the kind of work where strategy and task-level follow-through had to exist in the same breath.
As an owner’s assistant, I supported the daily business needs of the dispensary while consulting on the overall development of the brand, its digital presence, visual assets, marketing materials, and promotional rollout. My responsibilities ranged from key holder and operational support to graphic design, creative direction, vendor coordination, and brand-facing deliverables.
I assisted in the development and launch of **ABIDE Napa**, stepping into the functional role of **marketing manager** through both the soft opening and grand opening phases. That meant helping shape the customer-facing identity while supporting the behind-the-scenes systems required to bring a regulated retail business to life.
Brand development, cannabis retail launch support, digital platform consulting, marketing strategy, promotional design, graphic assets, operational assistance, and opening-phase execution — all built around one goal: helping ABIDE show up with clarity, credibility, and a brand presence strong enough to grow from.
